GoogleThe whole service call was handled very well and it took the technicians 15 minutes to make the adjustment needed. They didn’t even need to deploy their lifting apparatus. My only objection is that I do not think I should pay the same rate as a commercial account since I am not a business. This is not the first time that I have notified the business of this concern when I paid the bill. I was told that’s the rule.
GoogleHe was quick and professional.
GoogleHad 15 year old roll up garage door with busted spring. Tremendous amount of labor to drill out rivets just to get to spring. Two month lead time on spring. It was actually cheaper to install new door than to repair old one. Only took maybe half hour to replace door Very happy
GoogleThe team at Fairmount Door were great! They scheduled my repair very quickly and had an accurate assumption of what happened before they ever got there to fix the garage door. The estimate was fair and reasonable. Thank you!
