Isaac from Fairmount Door went above and beyond to make our garage door operate as it should - not an easy prospect considering our door is not a standard size. Our call was to replace a broken spring, but Isaac discovered problems with previous work not being done correctly, and corrected everything. GREAT customer service!!!

Matt, the owner, was so very helpful when I was experiencing a problem with the garage door. He gave me helpful hints on troubleshooting….. but ultimately we had to replace. Replaced the unit and springs.

Issac installed the new system timely and expertly. Friendly engaging and explained exactly what was going to happen and timeline. Best service professional ever!

They have my utmost respect as local service providers and I would heartily recommend them!!!
