Excellent service as usual. Very friendly dispatch center. We had a clogged sink, and flooding kitchen and a malfunctioning garburator. Technician arrived within a hour, with all equipment and new garburator on hand just in case. Estimate, scope of work as provided. Transparent and honest as usual. Work order was agreed upon. Within next 90 minutes all was done, on a weeknight after hours. Clean up, service and technician was great as usual. Would highly recommend this company to family and friends.

Turned on the furnace for the first time this year and it was only blowing cold air. After a call to The Gentlemen Plumbers, Nick came out and confirmed what I suspected; my 20 year old furnace needed to be replaced. After going through all the options, we settled on what was to be installed and Nick and Ryan spent the whole day installing the new system and the upgrades around it. They’re work was efficient, clean and professional. The friendly service was greatly appreciated. Thanks Gentlemen Plumbers for giving me a nice warm house heading into wintertime. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service from Gentlemen Plumbers; Dan and Michael did a great job repairing my leaking shower faucet knob assembly. They were polite, professional, and explained all the costs involved as well as all options to effectively fix the problem. They were also very knowledgeable in describing plumbing practices, etc. How can you go wrong with this company. Again, great service.

My technician was Kyle. He was so well educated at this. He explained everything. He went over and above...cutting out the wet floor under my toilet. He was so thorough. Explained the Diamond Club membership and I also learned so much about water tanks and furnaces. Will definitively use this company again!

I had Scott come to my home to fix a leak that was caused by my upstairs toilet and he did a phenomenal job. He was clean and very well prepared, left no mess at all. He explained how the leak was caused and physically showed me everything that was going on. He explained price break down and prices were reasonable. During his inspection of our water and heat systems in my house he explained everything very well. I would recommend Scott for any of your plumbing and heating problems. By far the best plumber I’ve had do work for me. Will be calling him again for any other issues I have.

The Gentlemen Plumbers were able to come in quickly after our hot water tank started leaking. They got in, changed it all out in a few hours, and were on their way. It was also fantastic that they had evening appointment blocks (we aren't able to wait during the day because of work!) which made our lives much easier. Wayne was very friendly and did a thorough job. He was also very careful navigating our narrow stairway with a big water tank! Thanks!

The Gentlemen Plumbers have done alot of work for us over the last year; general plumbing, replacing furnace and water heater, changing a toilet and adding a garage heater. they have been courteous and professional, and have stuck with a job until its done right. They are on the top of the list if I need a plumber.

I am on the monthly gold customer service plan for a few years now. Yearly I get a check up about the condition of my home plumbing. I like to know what is coming up for replacement in the house, especially with the hard water conditions in Calgary area. On time, courteous, knowledgeable, I can recommend this company. Replacement in the past 5 years, hot water tank, sewer lift pump, kitchen faucet, furnace humidifier filter,washer hoses, dryer vent and pipe connections to name a few.

Wayne provided fantastic, quality customer service! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and fixed our leaking pipe in the kitchen quickly. He also provided a thorough inspection of the plumbing throughout our house, as well as our furnace, and provided some great maintenance tips. We will definitely request Wayne for any future service requests we have. I was also very impressed with the dispatch agent when I booked the appointment. She was friendly and informative, and made me feel even more confident about my choice to go with The Gentleman Plumbers. Jonah and Dave did a good job installing natural gas to our bbq grill. Aside of that, they did check our condo if there's any problem of our heater, kitchen, bathrooms,etc. They found one problem with our toilet valve in one of our bathrooms, they replaced a new one on the same day. We had this problem for a long time and some of the plumbers from other company can't figure it out or they said that there's no problem with it. But Jonah and Dave had figured it out and they know what they're doing. I highly recommend them!

Jonah joined him on the second visit replacing the y joint to the sewer as well as clearing the kitchen sink drain. We are very happy to have things back in good working order! Andrew was amazing! Fixed two issues in the house and did a full home inspection after he was done which resulted in finding an issue with our furnace that would have caused major problems down the road if he hadn’t found it.
