Great people to deal with. Installers are professional and they know what they’re doing, they took the extra step to put the modem exactly where we asked them to. Speed is great too, not exactly 1gb, but it’s almost there. Great thing about it, almost no latency.

e-vergent arrived on time and installed fiber into the house with great professionalism. We had a few obstacles in the house that had to be worked around, but the installation went well. We were converting to a new style wireless mesh router and the installer stayed with me until the router was configured and working even though that required some extra time after his normal work hours. The system has been up and running for a couple weeks now and it is flawless... 4 times as fast and half the price of the cable internet service that we had for years.

Our installer was great a he answered any questions we had and configured our network so there was nothing we needed to do he also did a great job with the installation of the equipment all cables that were run are not visible on the house

Service was installed last week. So far, we are very pleased with the service! The entire process has been well thought out, moved along at a better-than-expected pace, and every person that I have interacted with to this point has been very kind and friendly. The tech doing the install even brought sandals to change into, as his work boots were very muddy from digging outside. I have been impressed from my first contact, and it continues today. Highly recommend!
