Absolutely phenomenal buyer experience from start to finish.. I purchased at my pace, 0 sales pressure, staff was incredibly accommodating looking through the show room every customer and sales staff had smiles on their faces what an incredible atmosphere to be in. 😁Discovery Auto has a fantastic assortment of high end vehicles all in one location. You want a Maserati? There were 3 to choose from, all clean and in great condition. We found the black gen 6 GTS we were looking for and my wife is just thrilled. Had we been looking for a Bentley--they have them!!! A Ferrari? Have those as well. Porsche, Aston Martin, Alfa Romeo, BMW, Mercedes, and on and on. Beautiful showroom, courteous and attentive staff and sales personnel. Pricing was very fair. Our salesman Craig Dwyer was kind, patient, thorough, and helped us in any way he could. The finance manager was also terrific. This is an extraordinary dealership, operated the way customers should hope for and deserve, yet rarely find.

took a friday to look at my dream car, walked past 2 salesmen who did not look up, a was meet by "Nick", who took the time .Negotiations took several hours .At the end we came to a deal and they agreed to fix the wiper's.The problem turned to be complicated than first thought and discovery took the time to do it right. "Nick then offered to deliver it to me in Hudson. I was impressed with the knowledge that this young man had on my choice , a corvette. He is the man if you want any supercar ,and always my choice for a corvette I always enjoy when a salesman takes the time to keep his end of a deal. I bought the oldest car on the lot , a 2011 corvette. In shopping I have not found one in better condition, and with less miles, 44k. Itwill be a future collectors item.

I just bought a used vehicle from Discovery Auto a little over a week ago with the assistance of Hunter as well as Barnaby, both were a great help. I am on the east coast of FL, so all communication began online/via email and I was pleased right away with the timeliness of responses and the consistent follow through on all communications. Hunter made the process super simple and I was able to drive over, sign paperwork and drive off the lot with my vehicle within an hour. Price was very fair and I am very happy with the purchase and the level of customer service provided. Thank you Hunter for making this a painless purchase!

I found a pretty rare car, very specific to my wants and needs filters. A day later I visited the showroom. I was blown away by the variety of exotic inventory I had never seen in a single location. Test drove the car and pulled the trigger. The next day I picked up my car. Most professional dealership I’ve dealt with. Six star experience.

A note about some of the 1-star reviews I read here. Car dealers do not know the maintenance history for most cars they sell. After you buy a car from anywhere, take it to a qualified mechanic right away and keep up with the maintenance.

Began the process with an online search for a specific yellow kia soul and Discovery had the exact vehicle. Lower miles and clean car fax.
Hunter was my original contact for all the pictures, info and concerns since we live 7 hours away.
Any questions/concerns I had were answered without any hesitation. I felt taken care of and never felt pressured to get to the lot ASAP or anything like that.

I did the credit app online thru their website. When the finance manager called he asked for my permission to run my credit because he knew he could get me a better loan, etc!! And he did… much better deal and with a reputable company!

Isaiah was my contact at the dealership the day of delivery. He didnt push me to hurry up or act as if he needed to be somewhere else. Let me look the car over, drive it and then let me make sure this was the right fit for me.

Bought a 2020 Kia Soul and it was meticulously
Detailed. Looked as if it just rolled off the show room.

Definitely recommend Discovery Auto and their great crew of sales and finance!

Valen and the guys here made for a perfect car buying experience. I had gone to several high end dealers before visiting here and not one was up to the standard here. I had a fantastic experience at Discovery! There was zero BS, no underhanded tactics, and clear information at every point of decision. The finance guy I worked with, Barnaby, was extremely nice and helpful working out the finance and warranty coverage.

I would highly recommend buying vehicles from this dealer. They have an impressive selection of exotic vehicles as well.

I had the pleasure to work with Eric after i found the vehicle through CarGurus. He was the most helpful salesman online and even more pleasant in person. He kept me updated and was honest the entire process. He could answer any question I had and didn’t bombard me with a ton of information i didn't need. In my experience, I was buying a car for the first time (the car I chose to test was the first car I had looked at). I had Craig as a salesman. My mom and uncle (a mechanic) were also there to help me choose the right car. As a first time buyer, there were a lot of check-boxes that needed to be filled in order for me to purchase the car. Craig was very accommodating, so we would be able to look in detail at the car and see if there were any problems. I test drove the car on numerous occasions throughout the 3 day period of time that I was looking at the car. Additionally, any request I made (putting the car on a lift, test driving, requesting CarFax etc.) Craig immediately worked on. He was super diligent with giving me the BEST possible experience. Furthermore, I didn't feel super pressured to buy the car, like most sales representatives would be. Craig was very straightforward with his sales pitch and really allowed me to look at the car and decide if I liked it; rather than him trying to force me to like it and ultimately purchase it. Moreover, Discovery Auto Center took into consideration the former car purchases we made from them when making a price negotiation. They were very reasonable with their pricing and I didn't feel like I was losing out by spending my money on the car they were selling to me. Additionally, everyone was super nice and helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend Discovery Auto Center to anyone looking to buy a nice car for a reasonable price. A special thanks to Craig for all the help!!!

Amazing car buying experience. Easily the best I've ever had. Christian was a true professional. Extremely patient and had great knowledge of the vehicle I wanted. Tesla's are sort of unique so many people do not know the ins and outs but Christian was on top of it. I would definitely recommend Discovery Auto to anyone looking for a great car.

Upon our arrival to the lot it was very clean and well maintained. Unlike big dealership the sales person was not lurking behind a car, they let us walk around and look once we came to the front we were greeted by Andres who was very attentive, laid back and did not pressure us. Once we advised we wanted to purchased and would like to look at a few cars still we didn’t feel the pressure as you do at some car lots. From beginning to end with Andres,Enrique and the other staff it was a pleasant experience. They were very honest and forthcoming with information. I would do business again with them. 😊 Thank You!

I found Discovery Auto Center through a posting on Car Gurus. I had been looking for a used Mazda CX-5 for awhile, and got a notification that this dealer had gotten one in. I could not believe how amazing everyone was at this dealership! I was able to look at the car the same day, and ended up with my dream car thanks to Christian, Eduardo, and the sales manager. We flew in from out of town and he came to the airport to pick us up. Once we made it to the lot, it was a smooth process as Ray came in on his day off to complete our paperwork. Keith has the car detailed and filled the tank before we left. It was a really nice touch that he even called to follow up with us and see if we had made it back to New Orleans and if we were enjoying our new BMW. We will highly recommended Discovery Auto we our experience was nothing short of amazing! Everything was top notch!
