David came and did exactly what I wanted. Very courteous. Received a phone call when he was on his way. I will definitely use this company again. I am giving this company a bad review this time. Joe did not call ahead of time. He showed up. Did a tuneup and in less than a week, garage door was making noises it hadn’t made before the tuneup. I called the office and set up an appointment for someone to come look at it. Appointment day came and went with no call or anyone showing up. I am done with DGD

Had a problem with my wall mounted door button. Called DGD on Thursday around 3:00pm and they had a tech there on Friday before 2:30. The tech, Jaden, was very friendly and got right down to business. After determining the cause of the problem Jaden discussed the various solutions and the costs. When he was done he recommended the solution that involved no cost to me as I merely had to reallocate how my openers were to be used. He did leave me details on each of the other possible solutions and their costs. At the end of the visit he did not charge anything as he said he really only gave quotes. I now have a .DGD sticker affixed to my door and if I ever have another garage door problem they will be who I call. Punctual honest service seems to be the hallmark of DGD!

Used them for the first time and it was a good experience. They were quick in their response, prompt in their arrival and communicated with me the entire time. Once the tech (Luke) arrived, he completed the job in less than 15 minutes. Will use again for my garage door needs.

Very pleased with the service provided! Brandon came out replaced the springs and the rollers. Unfortunately he also had to replace the piece that engages with the motor to lift the door. The teeth were ground down to next to nothing! He was very patient with me... I also had people calling for other service work at the same time, and then the mower came!! He saw my husband's Army plate on his truck, and being a veteran himself, made sure to include a military discount. Brandon explained everything being done and why it was needed. Very happy to finally have a working garage door again!!!

Satisfied with work performed. Matt was professional and customer oriented, not pushing sales, just recommending! I come from an automatic door background and can assure anyone that he did not sell me anything unnecessary for keeping my 2 garage doors going for years on end! Rebalanced both doors with new springs(replaced 10+ yo) after insulation was installed and super quiet wheels. Needed a replacement opener after drive gear and belt disintegrated and parts are no longer available anywhere I searched! Great experience and would highly recommend!

As time goes on, things naturally age and garage doors are no exception. Had a couple maintenance items done as I like to be proactive. The guys came out, very professional...
