FacebookGarage door spring broke and DGD had someone out in one day, on a Sunday and in the midst of a huge uptick in calls due to the two recent hurricanes! The tech, Matthew was very professional, knowledgeable and did a superb job. Turns out the door needed a few other maintenance items in addition to the spring. This wasn’t an upsell, they were visibly in poor shape and I decided the extra work was a good idea. Garage door hasn’t operated this smoothly since we bought the house. Highly recommend this company for your garage door repair needs!

But when John was there, he used the leftover time to tweak some things that I didn’t notice needed adjusting. It was the end of the day, and I knew he had a long drive home, but he stayed to do more work than was necessary. Also very kind and informative; he taught me things about my garage door that I didn’t know before —So I can handle some things on my own before my next tuneup!
