Your repair technician John H came to explain to me -- for the second time, and with great courtesy and patience -- how to reposition the sensors at floor level on both sides of my garage door. He explained what was happening and why, and I learned that the arms holding the sensors are A LOT stronger than I thought, allowing me to readjust them when necessary when the door won't raise or lower properly. He also gave me me sound, sensible advice about service warranties, and I've already saved money with one. My opinion is that this is a fine company that truly values its customers with fast responses, wonderful old-fashioned courtesy from anyone you talk to, and knowledgeable solutions for whatever you may need. Thank you!

Brandon Collins was my technician today. He arrived precisely when he was scheduled too. He listened to me describe the problem, checked the hard ware and motor, and identified the problem to. Brandon began repairs, and worked until the job was finished. He explained what he had done and the door worked properly. He was professional, capable, and fast. He did a very good job.
