Had a garage door spring break. Dukes got a tech out to us within a couple of hours and less than an hour later we had new springs and a new bearing. The tech, Brian, also balanced and lubed the door and moving parts and recalibrated the motor. Couldn’t be happier with it.

Call Duke for a normal routine maintenance for my (garage door) and ended up replacing all 10 rollers and the bottom seal the technician his name Moises did a great job explain to me everything and because of him I ended up doing the other stuff first time I do business with this company, but they seem fair and they have honest technicians working for them. That’s rare nowadays.I will be calling you back whenever I need any (garage door) repairs and will be recommending you guys to everyone I meet and all my family and friends.

I have used Duke's a few times and every time I use them, the job comes out top notch. This time, I had one garage door motor replaced, 2 keypads replaced, added wifi to both garage doors and programmed my truck to work them both. The guys did a great job and were pretty quick. They are my go-to when I need anything done with my garage doors.

Consistently, exceptionally excellent service, for years. My call to request service was answered promptly by Tina, an attentive staffer, who scheduled my service for the very next day, early afternoon. I received email and text message updates, and Brian arrived by 12:30 p.m. Brian was knowledgeable, thorough, provided and programmed needed new remote controls, & repeatedly tested to confirm proper operation. He also programmed my car to operate both garage doors independently, tested & confirmed that it was working, & did so without any additional charge. Pricing was extremely reasonable. Past service by Josiah Kelly was also excellent. I highly recommend Duke's Garage Doors.

We were having some issues with the sensors and the garage door would not close. Called the office and they sent Byron Ingalls out the next day. Very knowledgeable and took care of the issue. Very satisfied with DGD products and service. Highly recommend.

I have used Duke garage doors several times in the past. They have always been professional and courteous. About five years ago, I purchased three custom made-garage doors for my barn. And a motorized screen for my attached garage. Never had any problems. This time, my old Garage lift motor died. No shame since it was there since 1977. Decided to have the rollers replaced too since they were also original equipment. The door now operates flawlessly and very quiet. I highly recommend Duke's garage door Installation and services.
