We recently replaced three of our 35-year-old garage doors with new hurricane-rated doors and upgraded from a dual spring system to a single spring mechanism. After interviewing several companies, we chose Dukes Garage Door. They were not the least expensive option, but they clearly use high-quality products. The consultant who initially met with us was extremely knowledgeable and has many years of experience in the industry. His expertise and professionalism were a major factor in our decision. Because our garage required oversized doors, we experienced a few installation glitches. However, the company stood behind their work, addressed every issue promptly, and made everything right. In the end, we are extremely happy with the final results and would confidently recommend them.

I installed my opener last year, they realy stand behind their product and labor. I had a minor issue with my opener and they came the same day. We called Duke Garage doors and they were able to have a repair team member at our house within the hour . His name is Matthew Rivera , and he did a wonderful job .Our garage door opener had broke along with seals needing repaired and other things worn on the door . He went over everything and gave us about 5 options we could do , seeing how much we were able to spend . We decided a complete makeover seeing that ours was about 30 years old , Matthew did a wonderful job , we are really pleased with his work and he was very pleasant and patient explaining everything to us when he was done . We would really recommend you ask for Matthew and you will not be disappointed. Thank you.

While service is great, done quickly and properly, he has a heart of gold and wears his faith on his sleeve which the world needs more of. We are leaving Sunday for a weeks vacation. Friday night our garage door went on the fritz. My first thought was to set an appointment after we returned but asked if they could come Saturday. And they did. Chris, our tech, was extremely nice and very professional. He analyzed the problem, showed me the estimate and went to work. He had everything done in less than an hour.
