Met with Justin Wilkerson at the Conway Store. Had to make a difficult decision about selling some personal items to pay my bills. He and the Assistant Manager were very kind and made the situation feel comfortable and made me comfortable throughout the whole situation. If i ever need to sell things then i will definitely be going to the Conway Store.

Shellene was awesome. She took her time with me as I tried on several pairs of earrings. I purchased a beautiful pair of chandelier earrings. She then showed me a few necklaces I had described for her. I went home without the necklace but had some questions later that evening. I texted her and she sent me pics of all three she had shown me. We discussed different lengths and options. This was after closing. The next day I called and dropped by in for one last look and went home with the necklace that day. I will definitely be back in the future. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

This store has the best selection of electronics. AND, the customer service is great! Tracy help me find what I wanted with the budget I was working with. He was really nice and very patient. I am not a techie type person, but he made it really easy to understand. I will definitely be back!!!
