The service at the store is excellent the manager Brandon is always available and attentive to you when you come into the store he always addresses you by your name it always greet you in a very friendly manner as well as the other employees I've been a customer at this store since they open not only in the pawn area but in the title loan area as well I was previously a customer of Pawn South but I wouldn't go anywhere else but Dick's Pawn Superstore in Conway South Carolina I would recommend the store to any of my friends and family members and to my experience Brandon has been a great manager of the store #keep up the good work Brandon

Kelly and Kim helped me pick out a lovely necklace for my granddaughter, including gift wrap. They also helped me pick out a watch for myself, even removing links so it fits perfectly. A very positive shopping experience!

Great place to do business, fair prices, highly recommend. Go and see Justin at Dicks pawn on 701 in Conway, he goes above and beyond to help customers and get you what you need for items. Also they are great on working deals on items they sell. Justin is the man to deal with but If you ever need help and Justin is not around then ask for Brandon the manager, he will definitely get you right too
