Courtesy Rent A Car came to my rescue when my car broke down and the neighboring agencies did not have a rental available to me with comparable prices. Lindsey, Kayla, Armando were courteous throughout the entire interaction providing excellent customer services and ultimately reduced the amount of stress in finding though temporary, nonetheless reliable transportation in my time of need. Not to mention prices were awesome but the process was hassle free and fast. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in the most professional and caring manner. Courtesy Rent A Car is now my Go-To rental agency in the area. THANK YOU!

The car was clean. But most of all the employee's were friendly & kind. The younglady Cicilia that picked me up was so nice & easy to talk with. The younglady who took me back home same thing. I'm sorry can't remember her name. I'm very satisfied with renting cars from this company.

Well I’m changing my stars coz the way I was treated today with your manager today.. I understand that she is having a bad day but don’t take it out of me.. I’m trying to get a rental for next weekend but with the last week was, they are not sure about the rental.. I had to take my business elsewhere and will be losing money this month.. I’m trying to relocate to Portland, Oregon on my means of my budget each month.. Since my last review and I didn’t updated in time, I had a better experience after another company turned me down due to short payment and my other company had to do a credit check? Really? So I went to the other small guy and he could do much either but I did got a call back from Sim after I was already stressed out in getting a rental for the weekend.. so I came back down and put my life on line but everything worked out at the end.. thank god for those awesome ppl from Courtesy.. 😊😊

I've rented a vehicle from Courtesy in Merced, three different times. Each experience was better than the fist. That being said, I wouldn't think about going anywhere else to rent a vehicle! The staff there at Courtesy Merced are all very polite, and very efficient at their jobs. In and out in no time, with a clean, bright shiny car.

First time renting a car and it was a great experience. I was having work done on my car and Razarri had me set up a rental. The gentleman and woman working the counter were quick to help me get in and get out. Returning the car was even quicker and having my reimbursement through Razarri was no problem. Highly recommend Courtesy if you're looking for a rental.
