Awesome employees! They helped me so much! I had to take my ford to the shop and needed a rental asap. I originally was supposed to have a rental for 5 days but I had to extend it for 15 days and they were understanding. Never had a problem with the car! Plus side, they accept Apple Pay! I would recommend them!

It was hard to find a 12+ passenger van, especially around the Central Valley. I'm so glad that Courtesy in Merced had it and had a good deal for it. Service was great and very professional.

After a terrible experience at a popular nation wide chain car rental service when at 8:00am the morning of, the car I reserved a month in advance for a vacation trip was for some reason not available. On my way home upset with my wife I decided to swing by Courtesy as a last ditch effort to save our vacation. Not only were they open they were extremely nice, helpful and had a nice choice of vehicles to rent at decent prices. We were on the road in about 15 to 20 minutes. Vacation disaster averted!

They are the best. Rented from them only a couple times, but their better than the big named car rentals. All three of the young ladies that work there are professional and very helpful. If you need to rent? Go to them! Good prices and clean cars

The staff was nice and accommodating with last minute changes. They worked with me on the return of the vehicle. They are the only local rental company that rents out mini vans. They are flexible if you need the vehicle for a longer period of time.

Everyone is really nice and even as a new cusomter I was in and out within 10 minutes. Way better then the hour enterprise wanted me to wait for a vehicle I "resevered".
I look forward to renting from here again.

As a person who depend on her parent to rent a vehicle because Ive been lied and told to that youll have to be 25 to rent , this place couldnt be any more helpful than it is . Very great at price and breaks down every charge etc , and me being under 25 there is a underage fee also a deposit that you do get back.

They are very friendly there and lindsay goes out of her way to help you .she is a sweet person.when you rental a car from there when you return it they ask you if you need a ride somewhere.that's the only place I go if I need a rental car they have a selection of cars to rent and they also have a package deal for what your using the cat for.like to take a trip its a mileage package.so stop by there and tell them hi and check out their rental deals.you won't be sorry.

a locally owned small business they are great to rent from i especially like that they will pick up at your house or location and drop you off. Hertz or Enterprise won't do that..rent from Courtesy Jeff Lindsey and staff are great....5👍up

This was my 3rd time renting from Courtesy. I requested a specific SUV they had on their lot. Even though they could not guarantee that specific vehicle, they did everything in their power to get me the vehicle I wanted. In this case the customer got what they wanted. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Good job Courtesy, keep up the good work and I will see you next time

It is always a joy to work with Courtesy when I need to rent a vehicle. They are always friendly and professional. Never pushing extras you don't need and if you rent more than a handful of times they tend to remember you. The rates are reasonable and the cars are kept in really good running condition. I try only to use them for car rentals.
