Jeff and the rest of the staff are very courteous. I was recommended Courtesy Rent A Car by a friend for that reason and they didn't disappoint. Upon arrival, I was greeted and felt welcome; up until all the paperwork was signed and I walked out to retrieve the rental car, everything was surpassed. I'd definitely use Courtesy in the near future.

Always accommodating, very friendly staff all the way around. Rate are very good all there vehicles are always clean and running great. My trip to Vegas was excellent not one problem. Most recently I rented a car for a day then got the call my car wasn't going to be ready. Long story short I had to call two more times to extend my rental they had no problem taking care of me over the phone. I recommend Courtesy Rent A Car, A++++ .

Wow if all place's treated their customers the way this place does. Then the world would be a better place. That said this is a local business. With very friendly and professional people. I had a positive experience with Courtesy Car Renatl. The price is fair, the car was very clean, and the entire transaction was smooth. The only negative thing I can say is that I have never been given a certain amount of miles. I understand that is Courtesy's policy and if I wanted more miles, I could have purchased more. In the past, whenever I have rented a car, I get the car and go. Aside from the specific miles allotted, I would definitely rent a car from Courtesy in the future.
