Giving California Motors Direct this five-star review. If I could give more than five I would. I've been working with California Motors Direct - chain for the past week. They've been extremely helpful however. Benjamin and angel are literal angels, during my email correspondence between many dealerships knowing which car I want and what I wanted to pay, I got a text message after dealing with ....California Motors Direct - saying they were a sales manager and they had the equinox I was looking at I mentioned I was working with Javier Fontana location and this sales manager Renee said he knew Javier and had all of my paperwork and I was already pre-approved and he had the keys in his hand. I didn't think anything of it because they had the same address since they were literally in the parking lot across the way fromC MD I sent him the information of the vehicle that I wanted and the financing options that we went over. He told me he was the sales manager and he was going to take care of it. This was absolutely bull !!!! Texting me about an equinox that I previously looked At was not the same dealership Little did I know at that time. I drove all the way to Claremont and didn't think anything of it because it was the same address as theCalifornia Motors Direct - Santa Ana.dealership I was already dealing with. When I get to the STG dealers not CMD showed them the website they said that they did not have that car in stock. I mentioned to them that Renee, the sales manager had told me he had the keys in his hands and was working with the other dealerships. However, this was a lie. I drove all the way from SD fo vehicle that this so-called dealership that worked with . California Motors Direct - Santa Ana Inform me that they had it on the lot. So needless to say I was pissed. One of the employees at StG told me that the correct lot was across the street so I left and went across the street. after explaining to The situation to the sales manager for.CMD they called Santa Ana made sure they had all of my information. Also that They had no affiliation with that other dealership. Or the sales manager for that dealership stg Rene the California Motors Direct - Sales manager made sure to call Benjamin and make sure had all of my information I Ended up driving to theSanta Ana location where this car was located the correct one when I got to I met the sales manager Benjamin and let me tell you him and Angel saved this sale!Benjamin and angel were absolutely amazing. They heard my complaint and understood the situation about how sleazy the competition was to get me to the sales lot. They made sure that I was comfortable had everything I needed and made a terrible day even better. I was able to get everything I wanted with a loan amount that I wanted. They completely turned my day around. I was ready to turn around and go home because. I was so angry but because now knowing they weren't affiliated with that stg dealership whatsoever I gave them a chance and I was not let down. I ended up taking home the beautiful car that I wanted. They were fun, outgoing and understanding of the entire situation. I felt like I was family. This is a big deal and I want them to be recognized for it. If it wasn't for them I would not have purchased it. I would have just drove home. They're amazing people, and California Motors Direct - Santa Ana Is lucky they have them. I will be recommending them to anybody who's looking to buy a vehicle. It was an easy process and they completely made my day by changing a horrible experience from stg lying to get me to the lot and then the sales manager disappearing when I got there. I was ready to just go pay cash somewhere else. I will recommend California Motors Direct - Santa AnaTo anyone who's looking for a vehicle as these two will keep me as a customer for the rest of my days. Keep these two gentlemen happy because if they lived in San Diego I would poach them in a heartbeat. Thank you so much Benjamin and angel for turning a horrible experience into an amazing one.
