Our experience at Montclair Auto Exchange was amazing. As soon as we walked through the door, we just knew it wasn’t your typical, sleezy dealership looking to take advantage. Luis Serrano greeted us with a smile and was soft spoken and professional the entire time. He made sure to give all the specs and special elements of the car and when it came time to talk numbers, he was transparent with what our options were and what would work best. At the end of it all, we walked away with a beautiful white Mazda that drives like a dream. We will definitely be recommending family and friends to this dealership in the future. Thanks!
