Best car buying experience I’ve been involved in! I had the privilege to work with Eddie. I didn’t have a set car in mind of what I wanted, just an idea. Eddie brought those ideas to reality by showing me several cars. Providing me with detailed information on each individual car. Also giving me his honest opinion based with his experience on each car. After I chose my car by doing the process of elimination. I finally found the car that I was driving home with. Eddie made the paperwork process quick and easy as can be. I definitely recommend working with Eddie on your next vehicle purchase.

We had to replace our van due to a recent accident so choice but to get another van. We knew what we wanted and found several to choose from Fontana Motors Direct. I ended up dealing with several members of their team. Started with Andrei who was very pleasant and patient in showing us the car. Then, we dealt with George, Jose, Giovanni and another guy which I forgot his name. They were all nice and pleasant. Good customer service and negotiating skills. Giovanni did the paperworks. Very detailed oriented. Love his checklist. Wish he’s a little faster with the paperwork but I get it, he wanted to make sure all t’a have been crossed and all i’s have been dotted. There are some repairs to be done on the car so we have to leave the car there for a week. So far, my review is all positive on this company. Highly recommended!!! If something changes, I will update.

This place is awesome! Came in on a Friday to see a couple vehicles met with Alex. He’s an amazing young man with a great attitude, hustled and answered all my questions! Came back the next day he had the car washed detailed parked in the front ready to go my contract was ready. I walked in. I literally signed everything and probably left within 15 minutes. I was met by a manager as well. Offered a nice bottle of water. Everybody said hi coming in just an awesome experience. I highly recommend coming here. It’s no hassle no haggle.

However, we couldn't agree on a price at the time. A few days later, Zach Harper reached out, and I was thrilled he did, as that Ram was still on my mind. I shared the details of my previous negotiation, and Zach assured me he'd go above and beyond to get me a great deal. I admit I was skeptical, but as we talked and worked through the numbers, I realized he was genuinely committed.
