My salesman Chris was absolutely fantastic. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for without ever making me feel rushed or pushed into something that wasn't right for me. He made the whole process feel effortless and genuinely enjoyable. He was able to get me a fair trade in value in minutes. Once we moved into the finance side of things, Jonathan was equally impressive. He walked me through everything clearly and efficiently, making sure I understood all the details without drowning me in unnecessary jargon. The paperwork was handled quickly and smoothly no hidden surprises, just straightforward and professional service. Start to finish, the whole process was quick, easy, and stress-free. I loved the process here at direct motors. Every sales person is great. The place was full when I came in because they have excellent vehicles with low miles. My salesman Frank was top notch gave him a headache and vise versa but ultimately worked together to get what I wanted. I highly recommend this place 100%
