This was my first time at an actual dealership on my own as a young adult, and it was very pleasant. Initially I was weary and quiet, but Jason made the experience way more comfortable. He’s truly exceptional when it comes to customer service, and making customers feel welcome and able to explore the lot. I appreciated his willingness to answer all of my questions. This place is super chill, and they have a wide variety of cars to look at and test drive. Overall, it was comfortable experience.

First off I just have to say, this had to have been the best car buying experience I have ever had! At first glance, I could tell Jesse and his team have a smooth process going on at I.E. Auto Exchange. They all work together from helping customers with test drives and helping each other with their own task, such paperwork and making sure every customer is attended to. Pat, their finance guy, helped me with my APR. They really helped me out with getting my payments right where I needed them to be, they also got me an extended warranty!! The experience overall was undeniably THE BEST! Thank you Jesse and everyone at I.E. Auto for making my visit a remarkable one!

I had a great experience at LA Auto Exchange. I booked a test drive ahead of time and was kindly greeted by the staff and given the Carfax report on the car when I arrived.
