Had the opportunity to purchase my car from Roosevelt. He was able to help us and walk us through the entire steps in purchasing our vehicle. I had left Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Huntington angry because they can’t comprehend the basics of auto financing and attempted to add 6k of random Add-Ons. When I arrived at OC Auto Exchange Fahim Set me up at his desk and we went through everything. We did a test drive and processed paperwork. It took some time because I have a credit lock on my account (I am one of the thousands of veterans whose information was stolen plus some other issues with an ex). When capitol one called the application process and we were good to go. Fahim was transparent and honest throughout the process. I highly recommend him as your salesperson. I love my new car!

Bought my car from a Mr. Henry. He approached us ASAP and pulled out the exact car I was looking for and let us test drive it. Fell in love with the Sentra and he had us in n out and was super patient with us while we figured out a few things on our end with the insurance. My family has bought plenty of cars from them and they are our go to. We drive all the way from Hesperia to buy cars from them. They are great! Would highly recommend!

I would like to thank Yohannes who was my brother’s salesmen a few nights ago. He had very “excellent” customer service when we came to dealer and went above and beyond to seal the deal for us. He did all that he could to assist even when a vehicle wasn’t ready. His follow up was on point, which is key for us as a consumer. We were not in the dark about anything! Yohannes also shared some good life tips to my brother in reference to his vehicle, which most sales people do not do. We can honestly say we were comfortable here, specially during COVID. Went to look at a specific car on a saturday with no appt, they were really busy and we waited an hour being told the next sales rep would be with us soon twice. We wound up just going up to paul to make an appt for the next day since they were so busy. They had the car pulled out of the lot for us to look at better and to test drive. Paul was helpful, nice, and answered all of our questions before we bought the car. Great experience, just would recommend making an appointment.
