The technician was prompt and went right to work. He was thorough with his diagnostic and found some serious issues that were overlooked by the previous company I had in to fix the same problem a year ago with my heat. He was efficient and even showed me pictures and videos of what he found and how he fixed each problem. My heat works now and I'm very satisfied with Chinook. Would recommend them for residential service, 100%.

Chinook did the HVAC on my home, a new build. They come out a couple times a year just to check on the system and ensure everything is running smoothly, anytime I’ve called they’ve gotten to my house within the day. Top it off, I’ve never seen a bill from them, they are just committed to making sure their work and warranty are top notch.

I have used Chinook Heating & Air for years to maintain my HVAC system. I also had them clean my ducts and install an "air scrubber". The technicians are always professional, and I am always happy with the service they provide. I like that they take the time to put on boot covers before they enter the house! Heriberto just yesterday serviced my system, explained exactly what he was going to do and why, and asked if I had any questions when he was done. He was great, as are all their people. Thank you!

When our HVAC failed Chinook was able to come help the same day. Rigoberto was friendly and professional and answered all our myriad questions as he did a thorough inspection of all parts of our heat pump and furnace. He explained the various issues and fixed and cleaned everything, and gave us a lot of good advice. The service we received made me want to stick with Chinook for our HVAC provider.

Chinook got us a service tech, Christian A.,within two hours of our call. He was able to diagnose and replace our bad capacitor quickly, and had our system blowing cold again within 45 minutes.
