Chimney Sweeps immediately stepped up and in to handle all my needs and concerns especially given the abandonment situation of the previous vendor. All those involved with this company from office, estimators and field associates were extremely proficient, lots of communication, timely and did all that they stated they would. Very professional and enthusiast team that strongly represent values and ideas a company should instill as well as be proud of. GoogleWe had a new Osburn wood burning instert installed by Chimney Sweeps of America in 2020. We have since had Chimney Sweeps of America come out twice for annual cleaning and maintenance. We use our insert as a primary source of heat for our great room, so things get dirty. I love that they call you to schedule the annual maintenance since time flies by and before you know it cold weather is here and it’s time to start burning again. Their techs are punctual, professional, clean, and take before and after pictures of each visit. We will continue to stay on their loyalty program, there is nothing like the piece of mind knowing that you are burning safely, and the annual price for the cleaning is very reasonable. HomeAdvisorThe top cap on my chimney was in bad shape. Grant came and removed the old rotted, not to code, top cap and replaced it with a nice new top cap. There was a missing brick under the top cap which he replaced also. The free estimate showed pictures of the old top cap and explained in detail what needed to be done. They also took photos after the fact and have an very good warranty. They were timely and efficient

He maintained a clean work area and even went as far as taking off his shoes every time he entered the house from outside. After I explained our issue, he informed me of what he was going to do and what he was going to look for. He had pictures from other jobs, so even if I didn't understand all the terminology I could understand through the pictures. After his inspection he showed me pictures of the damage and gave a very thorough explanation of his recommended repairs. He was also very honest about the urgency of the repair and what we could do in the meantime if we couldn't schedule right away. I would 100% recommend Mark and Chimney Sweeps of America to anyone who asks. Service: Chimney inspections

GoogleThey replaced our fireplace 5 years ago. They clean it with inspection when requested. We have it inspected yearly. All employees are courteous and pleasant and on time. Today Kevin was very nice and informative. They email pictures of what they see and tell us how things look and give recommendations. I love this company.
