We had a scheduled appointment for the following week, but we were able to get someone out a week earlier than expected, which is always fantastic. Jacob, who came out to inspect our fireplace today, was very professional and gave a thorough explanation of everything. We recently had Chimney Sweeps of America install two fireplaces in our homes. Prior to contacting them we were overwhelmed with how complex the project was going to be and didn’t trust a general contractor to do the work as it involves gas. Mark and his team were absolutely phenomenal! They walked me through each step of the project and could answer every one of my questions. They provided a lot of advice around the type of fireplace and venting to purchase, even though we didn’t purchase it through them. They were incredibly fast, communicated well, showed up when they said they would, left our home spotless (which is hard to do with a project this size), and made sure everything was working as it should. I wish all construction crews were as professional as they were. If you are looking for a new fireplace, don’t look any further and just book them! Kevin and Jacob called to say they would be at my house in 30 minutes. Promptly arrived as stated. Came in....set up the drop cloth and proceeded to do what they do so well. I have a new wood insert and this was it's first real cleaning. Up on the roof....cleaning was fast and efficient....and then to vacuum out the insert. They were done in 30 minutes. Jacob went over everything they did....showed me all the pictures that were taken and asked if I had any questions. I had a few that he answered regarding glass cleaning and the cleaner to use.
Otherwise....it was a breeze. I've used Chimney Sweeps of America for several years now...and will continue..
