Chimney Sweeps were amazing! I hired them initially just to fix my chimney after receive a very high quote from a different chimney company. Chimney Sweeps’ quote came in lower and didn’t involve a complete rebuild, rather, they were able to repair it which is what I’d hoped. In addition, they mentioned that they could also equip the empty fireplace with a gas insert and showed me one that I fell in love with. They rushed the job so that I could get it before the holidays and I am beyond thrilled. I highly recommend them and am telling all my friends about them.

I had an electric fireplace installed. Nate and his colleague were very kind, professional, and showed up on time. A few weeks later I noticed when I was getting ready to install the surround that the fireplace was a bit off center. I called and the owner came out to see, and he arranged for the adjustment to be made the next day. I appreciate their prompt attention and professionalism. In addition, the office employees ( I think Sierra, and Tricia), are professional and helpful.

Not only was the general manager amazing. Nate was fantastic! He was super professional and very nice. We thought a house with a fireplace and unfortunately needed repairs. Nobody wants to spend money on these types of items but when you have to - you want to find a company you trust and does the right thing from the first call to actually fixing the fireplace and taking notes, photos and everything in my account profile so you are taken care of as the customer! Highly recommend!!!

You will not find a company with more integrity, professionalism, and excellence than this one. Jon (owner) found a creative and affordable solution for an elegant two sided fireplace that sits between our master bedroom and master bath. We had been speaking with reps at other companies who were quoting us upwards of 25K for fireplaces that were not as beautiful as the one that Jon found and installed for us. We were about to give up on the idea of putting a fireplace in that spot, which was frustrating because the master bedroom/bathroom area was designed around the concept of that 2-sided fireplace. Jon salvaged the design concept by finding and installing the fireplace of our dreams for a third of the price. An added bonus is that he has an incredible eye and exquisitely elegant taste. I think he might be one of the nicest human beings I’ve ever come across, and his staff are equally as wonderful. I simply cannot say enough good things about Chimney Sweeps of America.

From first meeting, to ordering, to install Chimney Sweeps of America were absolutely amazing. We had originally scheduled an appointment with them to check for CO2 before having a repair done, but what they found was much worse. The original installation of a gas insert into a preexisting wood burning fireplace had not been up to code. The facade that was built around this insert was not made of the required fireproof materials and was beginning to char. It was not a matter of if, but rather when a fire was going to ignite. Their rep showed me all of the damage, discussed options, and we came up with a sound plan to replace the insert. The office staff were very helpful and got us scheduled for the replacement ASAP. Our installer Pat was great. He worked hard to complete the install in just one day, was friendly, professional, kind, and left the area where he had worked absolutely spotless. On the whole, our experience was exceptional. We won’t be calling anyone but Chimney Sweeps in the future for our service and maintenance needs. I love that they are a locally owned business and am happy to support fellow Coloradans. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Joey contacted me when he was close to my house every time. He arrived on time and took time to explain what he was seeing needed to be done and why. He send me several pictures illustrating what he was telling me. Tina was flexible with the scheduling so there was no conflict with my commitments. MY ONLY GRIPE and WARNING to future customers is to be prepared — BEFORE the work is complete, you will receive several emails asking to post a review. The constant email 'review requests' are annoying, pushy, and insulting. Marketing 101: Solicit online reviews AFTER the work is complete (not during the process). Again, I highly recommend GSA, it's their marketing team that needs some 101.

Both chimneys on our 42 yr old house needed the crowns replaced because the old ones were disintegrating. One chimney had a cracked flue. Chimney Sweeps of America did the repairs. The crew doing the work was excellent and kept us informed throughout. The work took 2 days initially, and a partial day to remove the crown forms after the new concrete cured. They redid the flashing around both chimneys. We are very pleased with the results.
