GoogleDid a great job on our chimney. They had to remove an old cast iron furnace from our fireplace which probably weighed half a ton. They put a cloth padded mat down to protect our wood floors and were quick and neat. They also did a great job fixing the crown top of the chimney by pouring new cement.
GoogleWhen there were heavy rains, we would have leaks. They came out and diagnosed the problem and stopped the leak. Looks great!

The inspector provided a clear explanation of the problem and the repair, accompanied by photographs of the chimney interior. The price of the estimate was competitive, but what really won the day was the level of experience and depth of knowledge that we experienced with the staff. The work crew sent out for the repairs exceeded our expectations. The two gentlemen were smart, polite, and competent. They really poured themselves into the task and had the job finished much faster than we anticipated. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. There is no substitute for knowledge, experience, technical competence, and a quality mindset. There literally wasnt a bad moment in the entire process. Also a shout out for Kristen Madden, the office manager. She coordinated all of the details and kept the communications up-to-date. Highly recommended.

GoogleWow!! Chimney Sweeps of America is awesome. We'll never use another fireplace company. We got quotes from a couple others in the area, and they were all instantly turned off when we tried to aim for a cheaper option. One literally ghosted us. Enter, Chimney Sweeps of America! They were super responsive and never pressured; just gave the quotes we needed and time to decide. They did a wood stove removal for us, and then we splurged for the gorgeous gas fireplace insert (so, joke's on those other companies!). Throughout, they kept great communication, checked deadlines, and ensured subcontractors made it to the property on time. Our new gas fireplace is STUNNING. What an upgrade!! They also fixed our chimney, which was crumbling after six decades. It's lovely to have heat and peace of mind. HUGE thanks, guys! We'll be back for any other fireplace needs!

GoogleChimney Sweeps of America did a great job re-capping and flash sealing my chimney and they ordered and installed a custom flu cap that will keep critters out! I had a terrible leak from the chimney before and this work should keep the water out too. Everyone I had contact with was very polite, friendly and kind. The work was done by fast and efficient technicians who were also very nice. All in all, a good experience.

He was prompt to begin with, couldn’t inspect my fireplace because it had been in use, but went the extra mile to come back later in the day from Larkspur, so I could have my fireplace inspected prior to the holidays. Kristen at the office was also very responsive and helpful. Communication took place every step of the way and I highly recommend this company.

In late 2023 following a clean and inspection, I was made aware that the stove was cracking internally and could be a fire hazard. They recommended replacing the stove. The owner, Jon, came to my house and walked me through options, following up via email with an estimate and stove recommendations. From start to finish, all team members have been great with communication, are efficient and timely. The installers walked me through how to safely use my new stove. I highly recommend Chimney Sweeps of America for cleaning or installs.
