First thing I noticed was the shop was very clean and the employees were welcoming. I didn't get the name of my piercer but she was patient and quick. She talked to me through the piercing process which helped calm my nerves. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a piercing!

Richard did an awesome job on my tattoo. I would definitely go back to see him. He was very helpful and patient with me when I was deciding on the placement of it. Just be aware that they only take cash so I would bring it so you can avoid their ATM fee.

I’ve been here a couple of time through out my years of living in the area and I love it. They always come out nice and heal properly. And all the girls were so sweet with making sure I was comfortable and not in any discomfort. Great experience every time !

Definitely worth it if you want double helix piercing! It may hurt the second time but you know, worth it haha. Just be prepared to pay♡

They are always quick, courteous and on point! Punt intended. Lol 😆 Serious tho.... The girl who always does my daughter's piercing, is great at what she does, she takes time, just to makes sure we are happy with the outcome and always sends us out the door with a coupon for next time and smile, there's the occasional tear, but that's only because I'm a big baby! 😊 No pain! No gain! We've always been happy with the service and we would recommend them to friends.

I have a low tolerance for pain and they made me feel very comfortable and it didn’t hurt at all! The piercing looks really great and healing very well! Will be returning again soon for more work 😊

I spontaneously decided to walk into Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercing in Sugarloaf Mills Mall and I was greeted by Destinee, she was very sweet, patient and took her time to explain the piercing process to me. I ended up getting a 2nd nose piercing and I love it! I will definitely be back for more piercings and a tattoo soon. Thanks again Destinee!
