I adored my experience from start to finish. I had my earlobe done and my friend had his nostril done, and the actual process took less than five minutes total for both of us but was by the book, clean and sterile, and neither of us is having issues even days later. She placed his perfectly even with his nostrils not having much of a crease, and she lined mine up perfectly to match my other lobe which was already pierced, both behind 19mm stretched piercings. We were there way longer that, though, because she and one of the tattoo artists were just that cool to talk to. The only thing that tilted my head a bit was that we weren't given aftercare instructions. I have a few facial and ear piercings already so I'm familiar with the do's and don'ts, but with so much varying (and some false) information on the internet, it'd probably help newbies to tell them proper aftercare. All in all, though, amazing shop, and we will be getting plenty of holes driven through our flesh there in the coming months.

I got my nose pierced here! A lovely lady with beautiful piercings handled me yesterday and she was straight to the point, I didn’t have to get nervous from suspense, she was very fast and I was in and out of there within 5 minutes. She was very nice but I do not remember her name sadly, but she was very lovely and gave me a lovely piercing!! Would go again 100%

Walk-in experience was quick and easy. L was very professional throughout the process and made sure to thoroughly explain every step of the way. I have multiple ear piercings ,my last being done at Black Cloud. I wish I could've gotten them all done there! Very gentle and less traumatic then piercings done by a gun.

Was able to get same day tattoo with Tim who was absolutely Awesome for Mother/Daughter tattoo & Tattoo is flawless. Then got nose piercing by Arianna who coached me through it all because I was nervous. Both artists very professional and knowledgeable. Go see them at Charlotte Premium Outlet Steele Creek area.
