Absolutely spectacular experience. It was my first time going and I got three piercings. Dame’s the man. He was really patient with me and my sister. He made sure we were comfortable. He even cracked a couple of jokes which made the experience a lot more fun. Thanks for the awesome experience. Definitely recommend this place and I will be back soon.

Walked right in on a Saturday afternoon and didn't not have to wait. Kai got me right in. I got 4 piercings total and it took less then 30 minutes! Couldn't ask for anything better! The place was also in pristine condition!! I was really surprised as I had my doubts for a tattoo/piercing place in the mall...

Just went and got my helix pierced yesterday by Amanda at the Matthews location. I cannot say enough good about my experience!! Price was more than fair, they had implant grade jewelry, and since my first attempt at a helix piercing went poorly (pierced elsewhere) I had LOTS of questions and concerns which were answered with patience and detail. Hoping to return for more piercings in the future :)

I went in to have my tragus repierced. The ladies in the store were very friendly and helpful. This was the third time I've had my left tragus pierced and the first time that it didn't really hurt. There was the initial compression and tug that made me jump, but no real pain. Hopefully, I won't need to take the earring out this time before it has a chance to fully heal. If I lived closer, I would definitely come back for my next ear piercing. Go see them and tell them the old lady from Florida sent you!!!!!

I am so glad I chose this place to do my 1st nose piercing.Jeremy waited on me because I called 8 mins before closing time. He was very professional and kind. He made me so comfortable that I didn’t even feel the piercing at all… Jeremy was knowledgeable and treated me like a queen.
