Kate was very accommodating and thorough. I’m loving my piercing! She made sure that she gave me heads up on everything she was doing. From prep to post pierce. She was very careful and quick at the same time. No time to get scared for the pierce to start. I will come back to her if I ever want another one.

i wish this place had more staff seeing as it’s hard to balance piercing people and talking to people that just walked in but aside from that jeremy did such a good job at piercing my belly. two days after i don’t feel much pain or soreness, he did amazing and is very experienced. also very polite upon arriving in. thank you jeremy!!

Cam was amazing! She was patient and encouraging. Nose piercing went way better than I expected and took literally 2 seconds. She walks you through everything she was doing as she was doing it.

I went in for an eyebrow pericing. A young woman with locs took care of me. She was very nice and perfessional. The studio was clean and bright. Would suggest to others.

3rd piercing : ) Lower lobes pierced, then nose and recently mid lobes. Always amazing staff. Super friendly, accomodating, communcative, accurate, professional, prompt and of course sanitary.

I don’t remember her name but the piercer was super sweet and answered all of my questions. I absolutely love this piercing it’s exactly what I wanted and didn’t hurt at all!

So I love my ears I’m a return customer. I came in to get a certain piercing on my ear but I was informed that my ear is small and my ear will reject it as a foreign object… .. so I’ve they suggested and help me pick a better area so I receive two piercings.. They are beautiful 🤩 once the swelling goes down.. Thanks😁

I came in February and got A Medusa piercing done by Alex. I just came back and got the snake eyes piercing done by Alex again. Alex is amazing! I live in Monroe but will come to Charlotte just to get my piercings done by Alex. Her customer service is amazing and her work is amazing ❤️ I highly recommend Alex!
