Came for my 6 month old first time ear piercings she didn’t even cry! The workers were gentle and very caring I loved how they let me choose the placement will definitely be back if I have another little one lol .

Both of my daughters got their ears pierced. They were amazing with them! It was super quick!!! Over before my girls knew they were sticking the needle through! Highly recommend! Will def go back for more!

This is the most comfortable I’ve ever been in a tattoo studio. All of the artists are incredibly talented, and I wish I had a 10th of their talent. (Also, hit up the artist Huber if you want a perfect portrait tattoo with color. He’s the best.)

Brought my 9 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced and Katy did an amazing job of only with the actual piercing but with helping her feel calm and comfortable with it. My daughter was surprised at how little it hurt!

My daughter and I got tattoos from a woman there (cant remember her name, though I recall that she was Columbian with blond curls). She was very gentle and did a good job on our tattoos.

Second time here and brought a friend! We noted that it’s about $15 more expensive than most shops for everything, but also agreed it’s a convenience tax heh. I think that could be worked on, though. But our piercing specialist handled my friend’s helix and my industrial piercing with aplomb! “I got pierced at the mall” hits different when it’s at Black Cloud.

Joycelyn was very sweet and careful while doing my piercing. She also explained the prices of the studs and helped me decide which one would look best on my nose. She was very helpful on providing instructions for the cleaning and healing. If I ever got another piercing I would totally come back here and ask for her!

Was welcomed as soon as I entered the studio. Inquired about ear piercing in one ear for my granddaughter. The sweet young lady at the desk explained cost & method of piercing. Instructions were given to scan a QR code on the wall for easy payment. We were then escorted back to a private area surrounded by curtains that was very clean. The same lady explained the process & method of piercing once again to my granddaughter. Process was quick & painless. Will recommend and will be returning in the future. Great service!

From the moment I walked in they were super cool about the whole process, especially being that it was my first ever tattoo. My tattoo was done by Josue, he was super cool about the whole thing. He was also fairly quick with it as well! So I got a great price. Overall 10/10 experience, will be going back.
