The young lady who assisted me was really awesome, especially when it came down to increasing size of jewelry. She was able to clarify the correct size, upgraded my jewelry, and provided additional details for cleaning jewelry before and after wearing along with the preferred metal type. The shop as well was especially clean and organized, and although they were short on jewelry options they referred their sister locations and other stores within the mall.

I got my nose pierced in 3 places and Jeremy did a great job. I had some swelling and went back to have my jewelry adjusted and they were great and very happy to help.

I was really nervous and panicking about getting my nose pierced, but the staff were so patient and kind. Everyone was supportive, and they even cheered for me after it was done! I truly loved my experience here and would 100% recommend them to anyone

My piercing was so quick but like in an amazing way. It was my first time ever having a piercing as a teenager. Because I’ve only had ear lobe piercings as a baby. My pain for my nose piercing was probably a 1.5 simply because it was quick and easy my piercer talked me through the process made me feel comfortable and relieved my anxiousness! Place was very clean and up to part and I love how they respect peoples privacy as well !!

This was my first ever tattoo. Josue was the best artist and took amazing care of me throughout the process.
