Gabby was very good with the care of my nose piercing. I recently got it pierced 2 weeks ago but my nose ring came out when I was washing my face with a towel. Sadly the hole closed before I got to the shop. Overall the service was great!

Went to Black Cloud for an ear piercing a couple years ago then back today for my double conch. I'll keep coming back for more - called ahead and they took me in right away, friendly staff, efficient and fairly priced.

I got a tattoo and it was so nice that I went back the next day and got another. I love the service. It was very well worth it. I will be going back and have got my sister in with me since she love the work. I will be encouraging others to come get that tattoo. Phil is phenomenal.

Went in for a top to bottom spine tattoo with Josue (Josh) who was very professional with a great eye for detail and understanding what his client wants. Awesome table side manner with a respectful personality to match. He’s the only one I trust now especially since my husband & son only go to him as well.
