I went to this shop because they pierced a friends bridge and it came to my attention that my own was done wrong. They happily removed the previous jewelry, which I couldn’t get off myself, cleaned it and urged me to come back once it healed so I could get it pierced with them. I was so happy with the environment that I also got an ear piercing. Sky (who did my ear piercing) as well as the other girls in the shop were literally so sweet. They helped me pick a piercing that fit my anatomy beautifully and I couldn’t possibly be happier. I will absolutely be returning here thanks to them, and I’m excited for my future piercings and tattoos at this shop.

I stopped by Black Cloud to get a quote on a tattoo. I figured I'd have to make an appointment, but they told me to come back in an hour and they'd get me in. My artist did a great job. It was a pleasant experience.

My daughter 3 decided it was time to get her ears pierced. She was so excited but got nervous when it was time. They were so patient with her and Zoie was amazing and so fast. She even went the extra mile and pierced my daughters stuffy kitten while we were there so they could match. Such caring staff and exceptionally clean. My husband also got a tattoo a few years ago and it is AMAZING quality and so much detail and talent! Thanks Black cloud.

Emily was sooooo kind, I came in the night before and waited in line and they closed. I came in the next day and she was so kind to me and made sure she got me in and out. I can’t wait to go back!

The girls that assisted my friend and I were absolutely amazing! I really appreciate when artists make conversation and low-key try to get to know you a little a bit. It really helps distract you from the fact that you're about to get stabbed. It was a wonderful experience and it makes me sad I do not live local because I would probably go there for all of my body mod needs.

This place was great. I have never gone anywhere for a piercing before, I usually have done them myself. I was really nervous and didn't know what I wanted, I just knew I wanted a piercing. Everyone was patient and even helped me decide on what I wanted. When it came time for it, it was quick, clean and it didn't hurt to bad. (I went with a septum piercing.) Will definitely be going back for more!
