Absolutely AMAZING. tristen and jataya are the BEST. it was my first piercing, and a pretty scary one, but they were so patient and gentle that i was able to get through it despite thinking i couldn’t. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. i cannot say in words how awesome they are and how much i appreciate them.

Me and my sister walked in and were quickly greeted by Jeremy. He explained everything and did our nose piercings quickly. His calm demeanor helped to relax us and ease our anxiety. I would definitely recommend this shop and would absolutely go back for another piercing!

Amazing! Dani and Caleb (sp?) were in when my friend and I came in to get our ears pierced. They not only answered all of our questions with patience but they also did a great job making us feel comfortable and being very tedious about the process so that everything went perfectly. Dani did both my lobes, a helix, and my nose! She did an amazing job and everything is healing perfectly. Would highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting Black Cloud and they were very professional. The lady was very polite and answered all of my questions . I was impressed on how clean it was . I’ve been coming here since i was 16. I’m 21 now and trust NO ONE but black cloud to do all my piercings. They’ve always been fast yet efficient everytime I’ve been, and their piercings placement is top tier. From septum’s, to anti- eyebrow, eyebrow, Even regular nose piercings. I’ve NEVER been disappointed. I can’t even imagine going to anyone else to do piercing work!
