The place was extremely clean and the lady doing the piercing was very kind and patient. I had a very scared 6 year old that wanted her ears pierced. I’m so glad that we found Black Cloud. The only suggestion I have is that it may would have been easier for my child if they would have used 2 piercers and done both ears at the same time. I don’t know maybe there’s a reason behind only doing one ear at a time. I highly recommend this place.

I booked my appointment, probably two months ahead of time with Richard. The day of the appointment he was very professional and very informative about the tattoo placement that my partner and I were getting done since we got married, this is our version of doing rings. He gave great advice and was super gentle with the actual tattoo process, and was very clear about aftercare. Definitely recommend him and this location 10/10

Joy did my sternum surface piercing and im in looooooooove! I like when my piercers have conversation with me. She made me feel very comfortable. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After she pierced me , she made sure multiple times to all of I was still doing good? This is my second time greeting pierced her and their service and customer service was great both times!

An incredible clean experience. I got exactly the tattoo I wanted and I could tell that my artist (Mati) cared and wanted me to love it. He took his time to make sure it matched exactly what I asked for. I don’t think I had any reasons I would give this parlor anything less than a 5. An outstanding incredible experience.

I came here to get my belly bottom pierced professionally, it barely hurt! She was so gentle and patient with me. I did start to freak out but she was calm and pieced me perfectly. I am definitely coming back for more piercings!! And to tip her!!!
