First time coming to the shop in Matthews! It was a great experience. I got my septum pierced by Mari and she did a smiley for my sister. She was so sweet! She was super comforting and so so kind. She was quick and efficient and it was surprisingly painless. She took her time with both of us from start to finish. The whole vibe was super welcoming and chill, she was very knowledgeable and I love that for safety reasons but also knowing you can trust their opinion! There are times with that you just want general solid advice from a professional. Super clean, super nice, well informed, well trained, efficient, and practiced. 10/10 recommend this place and Mari for any piercings beginner or advanced! I will be going back.

Alexis at Concord Mills did a great job piercing my lobes. Very clean and aestheticly pleasing shop. I've also had my septum pierced at one of their locations and it was equally clean and quick.

Great customer service and skilled tattoo artists! My wife and I heard of Black Cloud and decided to visit during a trip to the area. We already had our idea for tattoos but was a combination of 2 different pictures meshed together. Diego was the artist who took on our idea and worked with us to get the image just right. Very satisfied with the experience. Definitely worth a return visit!

Mari was great! Patient, knowledgeable, and pierced my ear and nose as a walk-in. She made me feel comfortable and talked me through the whole thing. I have some more tattoos planned, and I’ll be coming back to this location, the friendliness of the service says a lot about the business.

“I went with my mother here for a piercing and I am in love. They will show you good earring selection to choose from, Titanium Gold Silver., Amanda was so sweet when I was doing my piercing. Made me laugh and I was so happy the way the piercing came out. The service there was great, keeping the place clean and making sure customer are happy and laughing. I would definitely go there again!

My daughter got a Medusa piercing and once again everyone was pleasant and helpful. We are always happy with the service, the quality, and the techniques of the piercers. They are always professional and helpful. The definitely are knowledgeable and take care of their customers. Will return We have now been to Black Cloud on The Plaza for an industrial and septum piercings. My daughter had her industrial done about a year ago and we had issues with sensitivity to the metal. They were so helpful and helped her switch it out. They gave lots of tips and were professional and pleasant. My daughter and I both got our septum’s this past weekend and the experience was great. They answered our questions and took time to clean everything. I will come back for more piercing and my tattoo😀

I went to get my nose pierced for the first time. I was very nervous but the person who pierced my nose did an excellent job calming me down.
