GoogleEric is awesome! I’ve had so many piercings i’ve had to have redone because they were unsymmetrical. I did a walk-in for a bridge piercing, and i’m amazed by how beautiful and symmetrical it is. He is also super empathetic and caring towards his clients, which i’ve never had that level of excellent customer service before. He thinks about the well-being of other people and is confident in his work. You can tell the difference between just wanting profit vs. being a genuinely nice person. I’m also amazed by how clean and nice the store was, it is absolutely spotless. I’m not sure of the names of the other employees there but everyone is super friendly and it gives off a wonderful ambience to the store. I’m extremely grateful with my decision and will be back!

Showed up about 40 minutes before close on a Sunday, and eere treated with respect and felt like the staff was glad we were there. We were taken back quickly and the nose piercings were quick and only hurt for a few seconds. After care was thoroughly explained and checkout was smooth. All around good experience, as we expected from our last visit. Will continue to go to Black Cloud for our piercings!

Both decided to get pierced, initially wasn’t completely satisfied it was closing time and felt kind of rushed wasn’t given details regarding healing process or aftercare. Partially our fault for agreeing at that time. Returned the next day with questions regarding the piercings and Destinee was there this time. She made the experience completely worth it. She made corrections to the jewelry and answered all our questions. Even ended up getting another piercing from her. Definitely recommend Destinee for piercings! Service: Piercings
