I went in to get a belly piercing but the young lady educated me on how because I previously already had a belly piercing my anatomy she said my anatomy would not allow my piercing to heal correctly so I got a nose ring and I love it!!!!

My experience was good. My daughters had their nose pierced. The young lady who pierced their nose was very polite and very friendly. One child felt nauseous after her nose was pierced the young lady knew exactly what to do. 😊 Thank you so very much. I will most definitely 💯 visit really soon 👍🏾🤗

Love my new tattoo. I’m glad that it was done by Miguel, who understood that my piece meant a lot to me that I didn’t want it altered at all. He was patient with me as I kept decreasing the size of the tattoo. Definitely recommend if you’re wanting some amazing art as I love his work on social media!

It was honestly great the moment I walked in nice greeting, young business. I was getting my ears pierced for my 18th birthday and the employee there made it easy for me. She made sure I was good and everything and taught me how to take care of it. If you want to get any tattoos or piercings, I strongly recommend Black cloud tattoo and piercing👍🏾

We took our 5.5 y.o. daughter to get her ears pierced. Alex is absolutely wonderful and would highly recommend her for anyone! She narrated everything for my daughter, and reassured her at anytime if she wanted to not go through with it "no meant no" and she would respect that and we really appreciated that. Alex, took her time to make sure the positioning was just right, valued our input, and made the experience as enjoyable as can be for our daughter. Alex is excellent at what she does, she is great with people and really makes an effort to connect with her clients. We had a wonderful first experience at black cloud tattoo Matthews! My overall experience was great. I received my first tattoo from a different place, I was told nothing about taking proper care, and even ended up with texture on it. I came to Black Cloud Tattoo & Piercing to seek advice on proper care, I was informed by the artist I may have Keloid from my first tattoo artist going too deep; Jason not only informed me of my first tattoo concerns, but I actually trusted him enough to get my second tattoo from him.
