Just to add to what I e already reviewed- this is our go to place! Got another piercing and it was great! My daughter got a Medusa piercing and once again everyone was pleasant and helpful. We are always happy with the service, the quality, and the techniques of the piercers. They are always professional and helpful. The definitely are knowledgeable and take care of their customers. Will return We have now been to Black Cloud on The Plaza for an industrial and septum piercings. My daughter had her industrial done about a year ago and we had issues with sensitivity to the metal. They were so helpful and helped her switch it out. They gave lots of tips and were professional and pleasant. My daughter and I both got our septum’s this past weekend and the experience was great. They answered our questions and took time to clean everything. I will come back for more piercing and my tattoo😀

Kay was very gentle and sweet with my 9 yr old daughter when she got her ears pierced. Helped calm her down by talking about her pretty pink new earrings. It was quick and very professional and sterile.

Yesterday I went in the black cloud and Dejay tattoo me he did a great job, we had great conversation and he ever brought me back chips from the store. This was my first time at the South end location, but I have found my permanent tattoo home and tattooer. Thanks Dejay! And all the other staff.

Went in as a walk-in for a new tattoo design. Had a few key things I wanted incorporated but pretty much was up to the artist. Curtis did a fantastic job! So impressed. Highly recommended this place and the tattoo artist (Curtis)!!!

Me and a friend came and got piercings yesterday and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I got my conch, rook, and Ashley done. We didn’t get the girls name but she did a phenomenal job. Answered any questions we had and made sure we didn’t have any concerns. Made sure we were 100% satisfied with the placements before going forward and then talked threw the whole process as she was doing it. Will definitely be back to get more done in the future.
