We saw on line that Bella Vista RV had 2 Georgetown motorhomes for sale so made an appointment to look at one. We met with Bruno who took us through the one we were interested in, what a great experience we had and a super guy to deal with, Bruno made our purchase easy and no pressure to buy. A Georgetown coach is what we were looking for and Bella Vista's price was the best, love our new motorhome.
I would definitely recomend Bella Vista RV to everyone.

I purchased a new Zinger trailer with Bruno from BellaVista. Bruno made the experience painless and easy, spending time with me to view various models for sizing and layout options that matched my personal preferences. The facility is modern, clean and well organized to showcase all available products.
The entire process was straight forward and I never once felt pressured.
Followup inquiries were handled in a timely fashion and all of my questions, comments and concerns were promptly and thoroughly addressed.

We enjoyed the experience of buying a travel trailer at Bella Vista RV. Bruno Tombari welcomed us with a smile, took time to understand what we were looking for and showed us a few models that met our needs. He was very upfront and honest throughout the meeting, and we never felt pressured to have to buy now or something we did not want.
We found the price to be very competitive, and once we made our decision to buy, the process was easy, and we were made to feel that our business was important. Extras and warranty were explained in details and we were able to conclude the purchase without having to make another trip.

Our experience with Bruno at Bella Vista was very good. Right off the top I need to say that their COVID safety practices are exceptional and greatly appreciated.
Bruno took the time to thoroughly explain the travel unit as well as industry practices. Never at any time did we feel pressured or rushed into making a decision and appreciated his knowledge and expertise.
Bruno has mastered the art of fixed pricing with no room for negotiations.

Start to end, great experience. I needed a trailer for temporary lodging during a renovation and I shopped around, a lot. He made us feel at ease, answered our thousand and one questions, never pressured us in any way and was very accommodating. He even told us information that as first time RV owners we would not necessarily (and didn't) know. He is very charismatic and kind.

Upon coming to Barrie from North Bay, I was unaware that I needed an appointment to view trailers, but luckily Bruno was accommodating and was able to fit my boyfriend and I into his schedule for that day! We were very pleased by this, and to top it off Bruno was an amazing guide to looking for the perfect trailer for us; he understood and respected our budget, and the mains aspects we were looking for in a trailer! He answered every question we had and didn’t make me feel stupid even if the questions were simple! He was very thorough in answering the questions and went above and beyond in explaining all the aspects of the trailer, providing additional information I would of never thought to ask! During this time of covid, I must add that this was the only trailer dealership that took covid precautions very seriously, we were asked to wear gloves, and social distancing was at the forefront, which many of the other dealerships did not enforce. This made us feel very safe being out in public during this time! I also must add that because we were out of town purchasing a trailer, Bruno has been every helpful and accommodating by doing paperwork over the phone/online which is extremely helpful for us! My boyfriend and I are so extremely happy that Bruno took us in last minute, and I can’t wait to go camping in our new trailer! 12/10 recommend!

We bought our first RV from Bella Vista back in 2013. We are actually on our way to another dealership and pulled into Bella Vista because we saw that they carried travel trailers by Keystone. Bruno showed us the Springdale and the Laredo we ended up buying the Springdale. We had many years of enjoyment out of the camper whenever we had an issue/repair Joanne goes above and beyond to get your unit fixed and on the road. We were having repairs done to our trailer this year and when talking to Joanne she jokingly said you should buy a new trailer and suggested the Shadow Cruiser 260 BRS. I visited the Bella Vista web page to view it. Bruno does a videos of the trailers so you can really see what the trailer is like. I made an appointment to go and see the trailer. It checked all the boxes of what we wanted in a camper and we bought our SECOND camper from Bella Vista You get top-notch service from Bruno and Joanne, both are very knowledgeable in their products and they stand behind their warranty. I have told numerous people of the fantastic service I have received from Bella Vista. We will definitely be back to buy our motor-home from them when the time comes.

My experience was great!!
We communicate by phone and FaceTime for all my questions and concerns Bruno was superb!
I virtually saw the RV and was able to look at the vehicle like I was there.
When I pickup the RV he did everything by code for the corona virus. This transaction was easy and successful!!
