GoogleGoogleThe team did a great job and squeezed me in to their busy schedule. The stumps they removed were nestled against my newly painted building; they took care and caution to make sure the trees were removed without any damage.
GoogleI posted this on Yelp: I don't usually write reviews unless my experience exceeds expectations. I had Aborist Now complete a tree-trimming project at our commercial business in Brisbane which involved pruning overgrown trees primarily pine and acacia around the perimeter of the property. The overall process was seamless from my initial point of contact during the estimating stage working with Josh, scheduling, and completing the project as initially planned. Josh was very professional and responsive to my many questions concerning the logistics and preparation. I had an issue working with the City of Brisbane on the traffic permit process to safety cone off one lane on the main street to trim a tree that overhung. Josh had a solution to avoid this permit and he instructed his team to be careful not to have branches fall into the traffic lane. His team was very hardworking and professional as well. They wore personal protective gear and their operating procedure was efficient. This project was a team effort from beginning to end and the experience exceeded my expectations. Please contact Josh if you require a professional arborist for your next project. 5+ Stars! Service: Tree trimming & pruning
GoogleArborist Now, shaped and pruned three overgrown trees for me, two cypress and juniper. The cypress were trimmed back from my neighbors, window and gate and the juniper pulled away from our windows and pruned down to a beautiful pair shape bush. The cleanup was outstanding leaving the area better than when they started. I highly recommend Arborist now and plan to use them in the future. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

GooglePositive: Professionalism, Quality Arborist Now's team is very knowledgeable about trees and attentive to aesthetics. I am generally pleased with their services over the years and their latest effort, trimming the hedge over my front gate, was outstanding - especially since the arborists had to work in the rain. The hedge looks fabulous. Service: Tree trimming & pruning

GoogleJosh came right out gave me the estimate, scheduled the work. The crew showed up with the right equipment. Did their work and left the area clean. I have them come by on a bi-yearly base. Glad I found them

GooglePositive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality Arborist Now really knows what they are doing. It’s clear their staff is super professional and don’t just deeply understand trees but have a passion for them. We had two very large trees that needed a lot of pruning and the work was done perfectly. They listened to my direction and checked in several times as they were working to make sure everything looked good. Their team was polite, their equipment was new, and everyone just wanted to do their best. It was a fantastic experience and I’ll definitely use them again. Service: Tree trimming & pruning
GooglePositive: Responsiveness Excellent response and thorough explanation on tree pruning. Had a good conversation on both treating and preventing future fire blight on a fruit tree. Service: Tree trimming & pruning
GoogleThe arborist crew did a great job of trimming my backyard tree. I have a clear, open view now. They were easy to communicate with about what I wanted done. The crew took great care to protect my walls and floors, with drop cloths and paper. Their clean-up left nothing for me to do. I highly recommend Arborist Now. If you need tree work, get ahold of Josh.
GooglePositive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Unfortunately, our beloved (and gigantic) pine tree fell over in our yard. We hired Arborist Now to complete the clean up and tree removal. Remy and the team were great. Safe, professional, on time, and competitively priced. Would absolutely hire again.
