Arborist Now was excellent. They recommended an expert arborist (Ellyn Shea) to us first to consult about our Mayten tree roots in our front yard and then they did an excellent job cutting back our redwood and plum tree in our backyard. Remy was professional, knowledgable and very easy to work with. I will definitely hire Arborist Now again.

They removed all the branches from the tree they trimmed. All work was done quickly and they cleaned up well afterwards. I'm quite happy! This was a 30' tree and they were here and gone in just over an hour! Tree is now about 18' tall.

Arborist Now did a great job trimming the large tree in front of our house. Their quote was the best price of the 4 bids we got (by a good margin), and they were able to schedule and complete the work within a few days. The work was done exactly as agreed, looked great & corrected the safety issues that existed, preserved as much density of leaves for our privacy as possible, and they cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Highly recommend!!

Best Arborist by far - and I've tried many. Used these guys on multiple jobs -- every one, did an excellent job - from initial consultation - to clean up after. They look after you - from discussing options based on their deep knowledge of tree care - educating me on how we address my goals with the conditions, species of the tree. George came out for the initial consultation. Very nice and easy to communicate with. He knows a lot about the trees, and gave me some valuable tips.

There was only one tree that needed work. His crew came out within about a week and did a really nice job. They removed just the right amount to not stress the tree too much, but also not too little. It was encroaching onto the neighbor’s property, and risked being too top-heavy.

Overall I’m very happy and will call them next time I need work on some of my larger trees.

The work was done in a very efficient and correct manner. All pruning was discussed and carried out by skilled arborists. The job was done on a very mature Monterey Pine in our backyard. The only access was through our 3’ garage door and there were no problems.

We're very happy repeat customers. We used Arborist Now a year ago to trim and prune several trees in our yard, and they did such a great -and affordable- job that we hired them again after the recent wind storms to remove a broken branch form a tree and to remove a dead tree that had fallen over. Despite the chaos of so many people needing help at that Time, Arborist Now was quick to come to the house, assess the job, and provide a reasonable quote for the work. While performing the work, Arborist Now identified some damage to one of the trees, but advised against trimming that tree at the time because the tree was blooming and they were concerned that trimming it then would hurt, and possibly kill the tree. So they will be back in the fall to care for that tree. Pick your criteria: affordability, quality, professionalism, timeliness, communication; they're the best.

As always, George the arborist and his crew were one time, did a great job and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. My trees overhang into the neighbor's yard and George always makes sure they are satisfied as well. I am happy to recommend George and Arborist Now for all tree-related work.

The arborist inspected 6 trees on my property and provided a wealth of education and recommendations, letting me know what work needed to be done immediately and what could wait. When the crew came to do the work, they were on time, courteous, and well equipped. They performed a very complex job cutting about 30 feet of abnormal growth off of a big cypress tree that was adjacent to PG&E power lines. They carefully protected my other landscaping and buildings and left everything clean. The cypress looks much better, is safer, and hopefully healthier. I definitely recommend Arborist Now.

We were able to schedule, and reschedule, an appointment directly with Remy. The crew arrived a bit early and completed the work and cleaned up the area well afterwords. We had a special request to make regarding the work and it was resolved with me, Remy and the lead worker reaching a satisfactory conclusion. We would use them again next year, having used them a number of years already.

We asked Arborist Now to remove a long patch of bamboo that had been there for years and to prune to try to save a few fruit trees that had been buried in the bamboo. They did an excellent job at that and at pruning a few other trees. Afterwards they cleaned up thoroughly. We would definitely use them again should the need arise. Very very highly recommended.

I’m so happy we went with Arborist Now to care for our trees! From start to finish, they were great. Remy was super responsive and knowledgeable and the crew (Samuel, Luis, Matt) arrived on time, and were very professional, efficient and skilled. Our trees required substantial pruning and they did so with care and attention to what was best for the longterm health of the trees.

Arborist Now removed a tall eucalyptus in my backyard. It was a tough job, involving 5-6 people over 3-4 days and they were great to work with. They worked quickly, arrived on time every day and finished in 2 fewer days than expected. They left our house and backyard in very good condition.
My only issue with the service is that it was really expensive, but aligned with the competition. I guess it is just SF...

Prior to calling Arborist Now I had emailed another company regarding tree removal - it was the most difficult process to even get a quote. You confuse...you lose. So when I contacted Arborist Now I was relieved at how easy their intake process was. They were responsive via email and got someone out quickly to give a quote. Josh came by and gave us a quote - was very friendly and knowledgable. They were flexible with scheduling. And when the crew showed up on the work day to remove our old tree and replace it with the new one - the crew was on time, professional and wasted no time. I have a few more trees that need to be removed from the back yard and I will be reaching out to Arborist Now to get that work done! Look forward to working with these folks again.

I don't usually write reviews unless my experience exceeds expectations. I had Aborist Now complete a tree-trimming project at our commercial business in Brisbane which involved pruning overgrown trees primarily pine and acacia around the perimeter of the property. The overall process was seamless from my initial point of contact during the estimating stage working with Josh, scheduling, and completing the project as initially planned.

Josh was very professional and responsive to my many questions concerning the logistics and preparation. I had an issue working with the City of Brisbane on the traffic permit process to safety cone off one lane on the main street to trim a tree that overhung. Josh had a solution to avoid this permit and he instructed his team to be careful not to have branches fall into the traffic lane. His team was very hardworking and professional as well. They wore personal protective gear and their operating procedure was efficient.

This project was a team effort from beginning to end and the experience exceeded my expectations. Please contact Josh if you require a professional arborist for your next project. 5+ Stars!

Arborist Now, shaped and pruned three overgrown trees for me, two cypress and juniper. The cypress were trimmed back from my neighbors, window and gate and the juniper pulled away from our windows and pruned down to a beautiful pair shape bush. The cleanup was outstanding leaving the area better than when they started.
I highly recommend Arborist now and plan to use them in the future.

Arborist Now really knows what they are doing. It’s clear their staff is super professional and don’t just deeply understand trees but have a passion for them. We had two very large trees that needed a lot of pruning and the work was done perfectly. They listened to my direction and checked in several times as they were working to make sure everything looked good.
