BBBService rep ***** arrived on time, he was very polite. He explained what he was doing, replaced the thermostat, assembled dryer back. He noticed a fault in our dryer vent, suggested we get it looked at. We appreciate his honesty and have contacted a dryer vent specialist. This employee/company that takes that extra step to take care of their customers.
