I have been using appliance force for 5 years and they never disappoint. Their initial diagnosis is on the spot and, if there is options to save money, it's clearly communicated with cons and pros. I already recommend to my friends to use their services.

They were very quick to respond to my appointment request for a fridge repair, even on a Sunday, and they were able to come take a look on Monday and complete the repair on Thursday. The guys were very friendly and professional, although it would have been nice if they had wiped the stainless surface clean once done.(that’s being a bit picky). The repair was very costly and so far so good, but hopefully it lasts for another 7 years!

After a brief call with customer service at Bosch (for which they paid for the initial assesment), my appointment was set withing 30 min. Pat arrived on time and after a quick conversation of what the issue was, he knew exactly where the problem was. 15min problem solved. Pat was very personable, efficient and very meticulous with his work and post clean up. Highly recommend this company.

Our front loading ** washing machine stopped running and wouldn't pump out the water. Appliance Force came the next day and checked out the machine and determined that the pump had failed. It was replaced with a new OEM part and then tested....it ran perfectly. The job was done very quickly and professionally. Excellent service.

Appointment times are quick. Unfortunately we did need a new freezer but Patrick was fast to diagnose problem. Also our ice maker always quits.Patrick did steam it out but unfortunately it would not work. Very pleasant to have in our home.

Hi My story is a good news / bad news story. My repairman was very friendly, very competent and easy to talk to. He was on time, considerate and knowledgeable. My problem was a dryer that stopped tumbling. I was hoping for a broken belt. No such luck , it was a motor. Good news, my problem was diagnosed. Bad news, I can’t afford to payg $765 for a motor for a twelve year old machine. I guess I’m off to Trail to buy a new dryer. Hope not to require your services for a long while but I will call again if I need your services. Good job. Thanks Barb

The tech Matt was wonderful and is obviously highly experienced. He checked the oven and found the problem almost immediately. He brought the part he thought was the problem with him based on my description of what I saw and heard which was a correct diagnosis by him. He then went above and beyond to check the temperature in the oven and adjusted the readings to make it more accurate than the factory setting. We will definitely be using Appliance Force for all our appliance issues in the future.
