GoogleApple scooter rental so far has provided excellent customer service. They have a competitive price. the drop off and pick up has always been right on time. Communication is excellent between the drivers the office and myself. The scooters are always fully charged and never lose charge throughout the day. I couldn't recommend anybody else that I would rather use

Overall a terrific experience and I will be using Apple on all my trips to Disney World (which is three to four times a year)

My only complaint is the scooter was very well loved and the key would pop out if we hit bumpy terrain in the park. It was a huge blessing to our family after an unexpected back injury before we left. We will DEFINITELY use them again and have already referred a few people to use them!

We were able to spend day and night at the parks and there was still plenty of battery life left. We are previous renters, and when we return in a few months, will be calling Apple Scooters again. The staff is very accommodating, both delivery as well as office staff. Scooters were delivered and picked up on time, with a courtesy call before each to be sure we were ready. I can’t say enough about Apple and highly recommend this company. You won’t be sorry. PS. When I say “economical”, they are priced close to half of a leading competitor. Great deal!!!
