Apple Scooter was great to work with!!! This scooter was a life saver; grandma loved riding around Disney. The scooter stayed charged all day, delivery and pick up was super easy; I would definitely recommend this to anyone that is looking to rent a scooter.

The scooter I got was excellent easy to use. There was a mix up getting it but y’all worked hard to correct the problem. It was left at the bell desk, with the wrong name on it, finally got and found that the key did have my name on. Things happen and over all I was pleased with the experience with your company.

I highly recommend. Customer service was top notch. Good communication and on time delivery and pickup. No added fees. What they quote is what you pay. Good value. Scooter ran well and I rented the folding unit which was easy to fold and place in the car trunk.

There was an issue with one scooter missing the charger, but contacted Apple and they brought a charger quickly and actually brought another fully charged scooter just ensure we had a full charge. Great service, great price. Will rent from again.

The delivery was great! The scooter needs a bit of car. The cushion seat was not comfortable and the backrest would not stay upright. Overall the rental was good

This company went above and beyond expectations! We had a medical emergency and they were able to deliver right on time! Renting from this company made our Disney trip go from 0-100!! This scooter lasted ALL day from sun up to sun down and the charger came with it! We were also able to break it down & travel to the parks with it! I rented a scooter from Apple Scooters in Orlando , FL while attending the COGIC International Women’s Convention. The service was excellent! When I arrived my scooter was at the hotel waiting for me, and at the end of the convention the return process was very easy. If you are looking to rent a scooter I would highly recommend Apple Scooters.

The lady I spoke to was very nice and did everything she could to assist me. I would use them and recommend others to use this company.

When we got to hotel the scooter was ready for us to pickup. Fully charged and ready to go, we never had any issues with it and it held the charge all day. Used then on my last trip. Drop off and pick up was amazing ended up asking mid trip to remove shade and they came and swapped my scooter with no issues will use them again without any hesitations. Must say Josh was friendly, helpful and very informative. I will continue using them for all my Florida trips. My go to scooter rental battery always last company always willing to accommodate meeting location and great communication. Have recommended to all family and friends when they visit the parks and in Florida area.
