GoogleProfessional service was provided by All Clear Pluming and Drain. Al the technician was very knowledgeable and restful. He unclogged a plugged train we had that another plumbing company was not able to unclog. If your looking to save money and get work done right the first time you owe it to yourself to call them. GoogleWe used All Clear a couple of weeks ago and they went over and above to accommodate us. They came promptly, the day after we called them to replace the grinder pump for our sewer holding tank. We had hired another service to do the pump out before All Clear came. The other service couldn’t get the cover off the tank. All Clear came anyway, got the cover off, and completed the service before the weekend so we could have running water again. I highly recommend All Clear. They were efficient, professional and get the job done!

They had immediate availability, gave us an estimated time of arrival, and called to verify when he was on his way. George from the Netcong office was amazing and even gave us some great advice to help keep our basement water free. Highly recommend this company and George!

All clear is the only in to call me back, and come right out to address the issue. George was so pleasant to work with, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I was impressed with how quickly he had finished and tested the job. Great experience!!!

GoogleHad a water heater bite the dust on Sunday. Al from All Clear Plumbing arrived at my home less than a hour to check out the issue. The water was removed from the tank. The very next morning(Monday) the crew from All Clear arrived at my home to removed the old water heater and replaced it with a new water heater along with all of the required plumbing and venting to bring it up to code. George along with his coworker completed the job promptly and cleaned up after themselves. George would not leave my home until he checked that all of my plumbing in my home was in proper working order. All Clear Plumbing should be considered 1st in being called in to resolve any plumbing issues because they are business professionals that respond in a prompt and courteous manner. I do recommend All Clear Plumbing.

GoogleAll Clear Plumbing did excellent work. We needed a shower handle replaced (it literally snapped due to corrosion), which required pipe work to be done behind a wall in my shower. They came out same-day, recommended someone who could take down the wall and then re-tile it (who also came out same-day), and then promptly replaced the necessary piping (which was corroded badly). They were professional and worked around my busy schedule when coming back to put the finishing touches (installing the handle and faucet) once the tiles were placed and dried. I would recommend them.

GoogleLet me first say that we’ve had many plumbers for all kinds of disasters. All Clear Plumbing has been to my house before for an assessment for mysterious sinking toilet water levels. I was in a panic before leaving for vacation and our regular plumber was not available. They gave us good advice and charged us nothing. So fast forward a few years. Our hot water heater wasn’t working so I called “All Clear”. It was a Friday night at like 9pm. I was like, “so I guess it’s an emergency rate”. They were like, “no same rate, we’ll be there within the hour”. Nice. The plumber came out and assessed the situation. Turned out our expansion tank was also about to go so it was good we called; would have been a huge flood if that went. The next day another plumber from All Clear showed up on time and replaced the expansion tank and also our whole house filter which was due for a change. Their prices are comparable to others but the service makes the difference. I appreciate not being charged for an estimate! Our wonderful plumber George also gets extra credit for helping us with our decapitated mailbox that the snow plows managed to destroy. Who does that nowadays! All Clear Plumbing is our new regular plumber!!! Five stars all the way!
GoogleI had a leak from a faucet that turned out to be a broken fitting. I called All Clear and they were here the same day. Rocky was professional and courteous explained what needed to be done and got right to work. He explained that there may be a need to follow up with a restoration service because of the potential of wall and floor damage. He was extremely helpful. I've been using All Clear for 30 years and it's always a good experience.

GoogleThese guys were awesome. Called them at 3am with a heating issue and they showed up 1 hour later and fixed the (frozen) issue quickly and professionally. That same day discovered that my upstairs baseboard heating would not work- they came back and took care of that too. Al was my tech and he was fantastic. Highly recommend. Very reliable. Fast service on what must have been the coldest day of the year.

They promptly troubleshoot the issues at hand and got these fixed. Brandon is very polite and a quick stury. George insured the job was completed properly before leaving. I also asked for comparison and pricing on water filter systmes. The explanation was thorough and consitent with my research. We strongly recommend this company and will certainly continue using them in the future.

He diagnosed the problem with my baseboard heating system, installed a spirovent, fixed a leaky joint, and installed a check valve on my sump pump for a very reasonable price. It was also a pleasure dealing with Heather who scheduled everything. I highly recommend All Clear!! They will be my go-to service from now on!

GoogleThese guys are great! Just so happens that every plumbing emergency we've had has been on a weekend. No problem for All-Clear. Each time we've called, they come out within a few hours and quickly get us back up and running. Even if they don't have the needed part, they clearly explain what is needed, when they can get it and set up an appointment to come back and complete the job. Pricing is fair and there is no upcharge for weekend service calls.

GoogleFast service! They had availability the same day that I called which was good to know for any future urgent issues I need. They came on time and were done snaking my drain within 10/15 mins. The guys were super friendly and guaranteed their work for 3 months (which is great perk!). The price seemed a little high to me but they did a thorough job and overall I am glad I found them through a friend's recommendation.
