I was very pleased with the service that All Clear Plumbing provided with my plumbing situation. The problem was with a kitchen sink in a first floor condo that kept backing up every 2 months. I had been dealing with the HOA for the past 2 years trying to resolve the cloggage with drainage solutions and calling the plumber to snake out the sink everytime the drain backed up. I needed to find a certified plumber who had a camera that would fit through an inch and a half pipe to actually view what was blocking up the pipes before the HOA would pay for the service and whatever work that would need to be done afterwards. I must have called at least 15 plumbers, both small business owners and large companies. Not one had a camera small enough until I found All Clear Plumbing in Roxbury. The service man, Grorge did a remarkable job explaining what he was going to do, showed us the equipment to to descale the pipe before videoing, and narrated while we watched the camera movement wending it's way through the pipe like a reality TV show. The camera revealed the problem which appears to be a break or dip in the pipe 60 feet out. George was meticulous in the set up and cleanup of the job. He even wore disposable booties so as not to track dirt and mud through the apartment. Their work was outstanding and I would definitely recommend them even though their prices tend to be high.

Outstanding! Someone pleasant answered the phone, took all my info, and told me they could come by between 6PM-8PM that same day. They called me back one hour later and told me they could be there in 15 minutes (3 hours earlier) if I wanted. Al came on time, worked tireless to unclog the toilet (there was a big blockage in the main pipe right near the street) and didn’t stop until the job was complete.

I called All Clean Plumbing and Drains to troubleshoot a tankless water heater, knowing it was probably defective. After which it was found to be leaking and a discussion of a possible replacement of an out dated boiler, George recommend a combi unit and took the time to explain the usefulness and efficiency of a Bosch combi unit and that it can all be installed in one day. The system was prefab'ed and installed in one day, no lenthly install. I had heat and hot water by 6pm. His keen eye to details, and professionalism along with the other staff members I interacted with were great, showing awesome customer care, service and experience. Few days later Al called to see how the new unit was proforming and scheduled a follow-up visit to have it checked out. All Clear Plumbing is definitely not the install, repair and leave you hanging type of company. I would definitely recommend All Clear Plumbing and Drains.

I have hired All Clear Plumbing to replace my underground water piping between municipal valve and water meter inside our house. I had very good experience with All Clear Plumbing team. It took little longer than expected to get the permit from township, but I think it happened because there was no emergency in my case. The team was promptly on site on scheduled day to start the work. They were committed to complete the job on time and with the quality work. They excavate one small tree and couple of bushes, which were on the way of digging. They planted the tree and bushes where they were. Township inspection was smooth. The entire team was very communicative. Particularly, I was communicating with Al most of the time. And hats off to the knowledge, work ethics, and approach to the work of George, who was the plumber on our job.
