This was my first time using this company and so far so good! Nicko, was very friendly , polite and professional. He was also friendly with our dog Marty. Excellent professionals from the scheduler to the technician (John)! Fair and reasonable pricing too. Our A/C stopped working on a 95-degree Saturday afternoon. Alexander’s was available & fixed the problem the next day. We were so impressed with John’s service and knowledge that we signed up for their twice-annual maintenance contract. I recommend Alexander Service to everyone!

Very responsive and great communication. They were out in a few hours of the call to diagnose the issue. Friendly technicians and staff. Jordan was the original tech who diagnosed the problem. Ryan and Rob did the repair. All 3 of them were very knowledgeable and super hard working. The repair was pricey but it was reasonable. Overall a great experience.

I love have had such great expenses with AS and the professionalism of their team, so much that I have an annual agreement and after each visit feel that I am apprised of the condition of my HVAC. I have also engaged them for plumbing and will certainly use them for electrical going forward.

Team Alexander's did it again!!!!

I just had my mid-year check up and everything is working fine and ready for the heating season.

John and Zachery were amazing. They showed up on time and when they were all done, the reviewed all the "ratings" and system update with me.

Their customer support team is also outstanding. They are very pleasant over the phone and work hard to find a time that fits your schedule.

Alexander Services was quick to respond to my request to have a gas leak repaired. They came at the top of the arrival window that was given to me and immediately went to work. Tim asked me what the problem was, made an assessment and after I agreed to the quote; went to work. Within 1 hour Tim and Ahmad completed the job. I am very happy with the work. They cleaned up everything and were on their way.
