2021 just had an Alexander tech out to fix the ac. They were prompt courteous and fix the problem quickly!

2023: just had them come out to quote on a new hot water heater. Never a hard sell, just facts and good information. These guys are absolutely the best. It's really nice to have a company that you can trust for stuff like this. A+++++

Call Frank Alexander last night and had a technician here today the person they sent was very nice very respectful even cover his shoes and park his van on the streets and not my driveway in case of any oil licking the technician explained me every detail of what he was doing. I own my own professional painting business and i have awesome reviews i know how important reviews are. Frank Alexander deserve all 5 starts plus. Thank you guys for helping us today with out air condition problems.

I have been using Alexander Heating and Air since 2016. The staff is friendly on the phone. The technician that came out to my house for the annual service on my heating and air unit was very professional and very thorough.

I would like emphasize again how terrific Alexander Sevices is. The technicians are very knowledgable and polite. The office staff could not be more helpful. I recently had an issue with an exhaust fan my contractor had installed as part of a bathroom remodel. I called Alexander Services to see if they could send someone out to verify that it was installed correctly. Not only did they send someone out to verify my new exhasut fan was working properly, but they didn't charge me for it. I've had a service contract with them since 2016. I can't begin to tell you how comforting it is to know that you have a team like Alexander Services taking care of the important systems in your home.

having just moved to the Triangle area I contacted Alexander Services on recommendation from a neighbor.

The first visit for heating/cooling check went well. John, the technician, was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He offered good advice about the systems maintenance in our house and kept me informed of his progress during his check.

I had an issue where my AC unit stopped working. I called Alexander Services Sunday morning as it was going to be an extremely hot day. They have 24/7 service and had a technician at my house that morning. Within three minutes, the technician knew exactly what the problem was. My capacitor had failed, and my AC unit would not turn on. My technician, John N, was very knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and professional. He had my AC working again in no time. He also went through a complete diagnostics check of my system to make sure everything was running properly, and it had enough Freon. I really appreciate John and Alexander services for their prompt response and service in fixing my AC problem. I’ve been using Alexander services for the past several years and they are by far the best company in wake county. They’re very honest and trustworthy and knowledgeable which are qualities other companies I’ve used in the past did not have. I highly recommend Alexander services for any HVAC issues.

Dan from Alexander Services came to do my Annual tune-up last week. I joke that I have a "love/hate" relationship since I have a 16yr old Carrier unit but Dan was very thorough and gave my Systems a clean bill of health so hopefully they keep plugging along. Dan couldn't have been more professional and courteous. His Customer Service was "top notch" which is why I continue to be a Customer of Alexander Services!

HVAC system was making an loud, odd noise when blower was running. Issue was identified as a bad blower motor. We were advised that we could continue using the system while waiting for the repair. Part was in stock so replacement was made 2 days later. On both visits, Skyler was on time, efficient, and professional.

Had a huge scare right before the holidays on the day we were scheduled to leave. Our shower faucet got completely stuck and we were scared there was a water leak occurring somewhere in the house. I reached out to Alexander services around 9 AM and they had guys here fixing the issue within 3 hours! I was amazed by the speed of getting assistance and Hunter (who came to fix the problem) was super friendly and really quick in solving the solution. I also appreciated him explaining what went wrong and how he fixed it. Great service and helpful company, will definitely use them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

Derrick came out and solved our issue with our heating system-'our heat would just quit. Derrick found we had an issue with the gas valve and replaced it. I found Derrick to be an outstanding young man who knows his work! He was very polite, on-time, and performed his work in a timely manner. Daniel came out to check on our struggling HVAC. He did a thorough examination, clearly explained what was wrong, and then presented multiple options at a range of prices. At no point was he pushy or tried to up-sell us. He answered all of our questions so that we could make an informed decision.
