Quick appointment made for same day, within 2 hours of call. Great communications between technician Joe for arrival time, he quickly identified the broken hinge and fixed it and checked and lubed everything. Back up and working in an hour with a fair price. This was by fourth service call that I’ve had done on the same garage door. I trust Ed and his team to do a really good job. The most recent visit was by Luke who was very knowledgeable on the garage door the garage door openers and able to tell me some history on how old my stuff is. When I called for the service the lady told me that he was going to be replacing both side cables. He only replaced the one that was broken. He also found and explain to me why it broke. Due to the last person From above the rest Garage Door Repair who repaired that cable, installed it incorrectly causing the pulley to twist and eventually the cable cutting into the pulley which eventually had cut the cable. I’m happy to pay for time and service that Ed and his team provide, but in this particular instance I felt that this was or should’ve been a warranty/discounted service call. But it doesn’t change my mind on who I will go to each and every time to have my garage doors repaired and eventually they will be the ones who will replace them. Thank you guys Scott
